I keep hearing how Birkenstocks have gotten more attractive, but if the 2005 Birkenstock Styled by Heidi Klum Collection is any indication, they’ve actually just gotten garish. These shoes look like what would happen if boho-chic collided with cruisewear.

Then again, Heidi Klum was a McDonald’s spokesperson, so we probably should have known better than to trust her judgement.
