One turntable, no microphone
Ok, now my love of Fred Flare runs deep and all, but I think it just got a little deeper. They have a USB-compatible turntable, which lets you rip your records to your computer all easy-peasy like, without doing any heavy lifting or wiring or such on your own.
Now, let’s all go home, rip our copyright-lapsed obscurities and have a field day. I’m not sure whether I’d hit Calliope Classics or When You’re in Love, the Whole World is Jewish: A Collection of Traditional Jewish Wedding Music first. And, yes, I really do own both those records.
